Is GambaDeals free to use?

Yes, GambaDeals is completely free to use and always will be. We earn revenue through affiliate commissions when you click deal links and make purchases, at no extra cost to you.

Do I need an account to browse deals?

No, you can browse and use deals without creating an account. However, an account is required to submit deals, vote, leave comments, earn reputation points, and access your personalized dashboard.

Deals & Coupon Codes

How do I use a deal or coupon code?

Click on any deal to view its details and the associated coupon code (if applicable). Then click the link to visit the retailer's website and apply the code at checkout. Some deals are applied automatically through our links.

A deal or coupon code isn't working. What should I do?

Deals can expire or be modified by retailers at any time. If a deal isn't working, you can mark it as expired using the verification button on the deal page. This helps the community by flagging outdated deals. You can also check the comments section — other users may have reported the issue or found a workaround.

How are deals verified?

Community members can verify deals by confirming they worked successfully. Deals with more verifications rank higher. Our voting system (upvotes/downvotes) also helps surface the best deals and sink expired ones.

Can I submit a deal?

Yes! Registered users can submit deals through the Submit a Deal page. Your deal will be reviewed and, once approved, will appear on the platform. You'll earn reputation points for quality submissions.

Are the deals exclusive to GambaDeals?

Some deals may be exclusive partnerships, while others are publicly available promotions that our community members have discovered. Exclusive deals are labeled accordingly.

Accounts & Reputation

How does the reputation system work?

You earn reputation points by contributing to the community: submitting deals, verifying offers, writing reviews, commenting, and more. As you accumulate points, you level up from Newbie to Legend, unlocking perks like higher daily deal submission limits.

What are the reputation levels?

There are 6 levels: Newbie (0 pts), Shopper (100 pts), Regular (500 pts), Expert (2,000 pts), VIP (5,000 pts), and Legend (15,000 pts). Each level increases your daily deal submission limit.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can request account deletion by contacting us at privacy@gambadeals.com. Your personal data will be removed, though previously submitted deals and comments may be retained in anonymized form as part of the community record.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Visit the Forgot Password page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.

How are stores listed on the platform?

Stores are curated by our team and community. We list popular online retailers that offer promotions, cashback, and coupon codes. If you'd like to suggest a store, contact us.

Can I leave a review for a store?

Yes, registered users can leave reviews on any store page. Reviews help other users make informed decisions. Please keep reviews honest and constructive.

Is GambaDeals affiliated with the stores listed?

We may have affiliate partnerships with some listed stores, which means we earn a commission when you make a purchase through our links. However, this never influences deal rankings — those are determined purely by community votes and verification status.
